Although the Koch family already made their 2013 announcement, the plans for a new slide complex have already seen a big change; due to legal reasons, the name of the RhinoBlaster slide complex has been changed to Hyena Falls.
Apparently, a company specializing in graffiti cover-up has a product called RhinoBlast, which has forced Holiday World to scrap plans of opening the slide complex, under the name RhinoBlaster, even though logo art was already complete. New art for the new name Hyena Falls is currently being created.
The waterslide complex, manufactured by Proslide, features 3 basic tube slides, and a “TornadoWave” slide, where riders are swept up the 1/2 funnel, and can experience zero-g. It is under construction behind the newly renamed Giraffica, previously Pilgrims Plunge.
